In 2025, TRAF will proudly celebrate the 44th Annual Texas Ranger Reunion. This cherished private event brings together active-duty Rangers, retired Rangers, their families and TRAF Benefactors/Patrons for a one-of-a-kind gathering that honors the legacy of this extraordinary law enforcement organization.
The Reunion is more than a celebration; it’s a time to foster heritage, pride, and connection within the Ranger family. It’s an opportunity to share stories, meet personal heroes, and forge lasting relationships that only come from being part of one of the most exclusive law enforcement communities in the world.

Event Schedule

• Friday, June 6th
  • 7:30 AM: Start the day at the 37th Annual Captain Bill Wilson Golf Tournament, open to the public. Enjoy fun side games, prizes, and more as part of this cherished tradition.

  • 2:00 PM - 6:15 PM: Reunion Registration opens at the Extraco BASE Ticket Office. Stop by to pick up your name badge and reconnect with familiar faces—you never know who you'll run into!
  • 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM: The Hospitality Room is open at Extraco BASE Hall A1 - A3, featuring a social gathering and a Silent Auction. This is where the fun really begins! Retired Rangers and active-duty Rangers come together to share stories and catch up. Families enjoy getting to know one another, strengthening relationships in this tight-knit community.
  • 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM: Join us for the Evening Social and Banquet at Extraco BASE Hall B - C, a highlight of the Reunion filled with camaraderie and celebration. Traditionally, this evening features a casual fish fry dinner and entertainment, including speakers, film, and music—all focused on the joy of being together.
  • 9:00 PM - 11:00 PM: Wrap up the evening back in the Hospitality Room at Extraco BASE Hall A1 - A3.
• Saturday, June 7th
  • 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM: Reunion Registration continues at the Extraco BASE Ticket Office.
  • 10:00 AM: Attend the Ranger Memorial Service at Extraco BASE Hall B - C, a heartfelt event to honor and remember. Friends and family share personal stories of those who have passed, offering unique and deeply moving insights into their lives and service.
  • 11:30 AM: The Retired Ranger Award Luncheon, featuring keynote speaker Freeman Martin, Director of the Texas Department of Public Safety, at Extraco BASE Hall B - C. Colonel Martin’s expansive career in DPS and the Ranger Division aligns perfectly with this luncheon honoring retired Rangers. Retired Rangers in attendance will also receive a special commemorative gift.
  • 2:00 PM: The Texas Ranger Association Foundation Annual Board Meeting at Extraco BASE Hall A4 is for Board Members, Ranger Command, and Retired Ranger Liaisons. Alternatively, attend the Ladies Gift Exchange at Extraco BASE Hall A1 - A3, a lively social gathering with great food, music, games, and camaraderie in the best circle of ladies in law enforcement!
  • 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM: The Hospitality Room is open again at Extraco BASE Hall A1 - A3, offering more opportunities to connect and participate in the Silent Auction.
  • 6:30 PM: Enjoy the Evening Social and Banquet at Extraco BASE Hall B - C, a grand affair filled with fellowship and celebration. This banquet is your time to shine—ladies, bring out that sparkly dress, those dangly earrings, and amazing shoes you’ve been saving for a special occasion!
  • 8:30 PM - 10:30 PM: Conclude the evening with a lively social in the Hospitality Room at Extraco BASE Hall A1 - A3, featuring a Silent Auction and the crowd-pleasing Dueling Pianos!

Although the event is private, extended family members, as well as TRAF Benefactors and Patrons, are invited to join by purchasing tickets. This ensures that the spirit of community and support continues to grow, connecting all who hold the Rangers and their mission close to their hearts.
